- Road transfer to-, and from Clingendael to Colombo airport. Guest should arrive and depart at the same time (maximum 12 persons + Luggage).

If additional airport transfers are required, by car (2 guests + Luggage) can be arranged at USD 160 ++ per way per car.

Whilst staying at Clingendael/ Kandy :
- English or Sri Lankan cooked breakfast plus Teas, Coffees, Soft drinks during the stay. (4 days)
- One (1) three course dinner for all guests inclusive 3 glasses of house spirits or 3 glasses of house wines p.p. (1 day).
(Note: Other days: a la carte- to be charged to client).
- One (1) day excursion to the ancient hill capitol Kandy (Visit to Temple of the Tooth/ Paradeniya Botanical Gardens) including transport to-, and from Kandy to Clingendael and entrance fees.

Each room has a maximum occupancy of three persons.
The Villa /this offer accommodates up to maximum 12 people only.
Full Board is an additional USD 120++, p.p. per day for lunch and dinner and for dinner this includes 3 glasses of house spirits or 3 glasses of house wines p.p.. You shall not be double charged for complimentary dinners included in this package.
Half Board is an additional USD 60 ++ p.p. per day, not including alcoholic beverages other than beers. You shall not be double charged for complimentary dinners included in this package.
Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and 18% Government (VAT) Taxes, which will be shown in the final pricing at the point of payment.

Payment Terms : - 30 %on booking to guarantee booking (non -refundable)
- balance 30 days prior to arrival date.
If your check- in date is falls within 30 days from your booking date 100% shall be charged.
Cancellation Charges : 30% deposit not refundable.
If you cancel a booking within 30 days prior of the arrival you will be charged 100%.
Additional nights at Clingendael only- beyond the package 4 nights - can be booked at a discount of 20% of the prevailing Room Rates, subject to room availability.
